Executive Chef (Multi-Unit)

We are seeking a high-level Executive Chef or Culinary Director to lead and evolve a growing portfolio of QSR concepts in Atlanta. This is a rare opportunity for a chef who wants to operate at both a culinary and strategic level—with the ability to help shape future brands.
Current Portfolio:
- 3-unit Italian concept.
- 3-unit dessert concept.
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of an established foundation while contributing to new concept development, including scalable QSR and fast-casual brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all culinary operations across multiple locations.
- Oversee menu development, seasonal updates, and concept refinement.
- Build systems to ensure consistency, scalability, and quality control.
- Hire, train, and develop kitchen leadership teams.
- Manage food cost, sourcing strategy, and vendor relationships.
- Collaborate with ownership on new concept creation and expansion.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef overseeing multiple location.
- Strong background in Italian cuisine (pastry/dessert experience a must).
- Demonstrated ability to scale concepts and implement systems.
- Deep understanding of food cost controls and kitchen operations.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Ability to step in immediately and take full ownership.
